DESCRIPTION

The Marisma variety stands out for the size of its grain: medium large, thick and very pearly. It has a great absorption capacity and releases a lot of starch during cooking. One of its most remarkable properties resides in a time cooking time shorter than the rest of round rices, about 14-16 minutes.
