Pearls of sweet wine Nectar from Pedro Ximénez made in collaboration with the prestigious González Byass winery.

Spheres approximately 10 millimeters in diameter, filled with Pedro Ximénez liquid inside that burst in the mouth when you bite into them. With a caramel color and a fruity and slightly alcoholic taste of Pedro Ximénez wine, these pearls are sweet and explosive. It can be used in any dish where you would use a Pedro Ximénez reduction-based sauce as a dressing and/or decoration. Soups, creams, salads, fish, shellfish, meat and desserts.
